The location of the cabin was secluded and private, a beautiful & peaceful spot. the cabin was warm and comfortable. Björn and his staff were all lovely, gracious hosts. An amazing experience!

Situated in Jukkasjärvi in northern Sweden, the Icehotel features rooms entirely made out of sculptured ice from the neighbouring Torne River. Warm rooms are also offered. It was a pleasure staying at ICEHOTEL in Jukkasjärvi. The warm room was comfortable. We have the facility to park our car in parking area without additional cost. The hotel staff was really kind. They have helped us to find and explore the things nearby. We received a special permission to have a Cake cutting for my Son's Birthday in ICEBAR. The Breakfast was awesome with many options to choose which was included in the room price. They have also helped us to inform by sending sms where there was a possibility to see the Northern Lights. It was wonderful experience to see Aurora beams on the clear sky. Staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in with request of one extra bed in our room. The sleep quality was excellent. Everything about the hotel was worth the price tag. I recommend it without a doubt and feel a wonderful stay.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Lulea, The room was quiet, clean and had a nice view. All the staff were friendly and helpful, you felt welcome from the first moment. The breakfast buffet was excellent and so was dinner at their restaurant (called '9', as it is located on the 9th floor.) Highly recommended - hotel and restaurant.

Free bike rental (though limited number of bikes). WiFi works just fine. Supermarket close by. Taxi to/from airport about 430-450SEK. A lake next to the property (in the summer beware of mosquitos outside).

They also have a souvenir shop/ minimarket where you can buy essentials without having to go out. The food was absolutely lavishhh!! Will definitely come again mostly for the vibes there!
