Bora Bora Beach Club & Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Isla Grande. Beautiful location, only 6 rooms so staying overnight was a once in a lifetime experience. Food was great. The room was amazing, with an outdoor shower. We woke up and swam on the sea watching the sunrise and had the beach club to ourselves after 4pm. Highly recommend staying overnight. The staff were great, very attentive, especially Yuri, who was the best!

A really beautiful Caribbean style island just under two hours from Cartagena. The staff were really kind and the food and drink were all delicious. An amazing spot to chill and relax for a few days but there are also activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkelling all available for no additional cost. And best of all, a chance to see and swim with fluorescent plankton if the moonlight isn’t too strong. The room was as described and clean and comfortable. There are so many nice spots, including a small private beach, with deckchairs and/or hammocks to sit and watch the sea with a book in hand. It feels like you’re staying in someone’s home rather than being just another customer at a hotel. Would really love to come back one day!

Featuring a restaurant and direct access to a private beach, Hotel Punta Faro offers rooms with free WiFi and air conditioning in Cartagena de Indias. It was one of the best hotels we ever stayed! Food was great, staff was amazing, the whole mentality of peace and quiet was really appreciated. The location is 2 hours away from Cartagena on their own boat. The island is a paradise! Highly recommended!
