Piteå Vandrarhem is located in the building which was formerly Piteå's first hospital. Located in the beautiful Badhusparken with the peaceful adjacent canal and walking distance to downtown. Beautiful room, much bigger than expected. There were a lot of small cozy touches, such as vases of flowers on the table and on the windowsill, and small lamps everywhere so you can create warm pools of light around the room. Kitchen was well-stocked and we had everything we needed to keep clean. Hotel had personal touches that set it apart from the larger hotels in the center.

This hostel is 2 km outside Kalix town centre and only 2 minutes’ drive from the nearest supermarket. Guests can cook and dine in the fully equipped communal kitchen. It s very clean and tidy. The host was super nice. very reactive and helpful. The location is good for joining polar explorer ice breaker. Absolute good value for money.

We had a great stay at Kuttainen Lodge! Lotta and her husband are really nice and welcoming hosts which made us feel right at home! They're actually renovating the town‘s old school to turn it into a hostel. The place also still has the charm of an old school, which we found quite entertaining. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view. We highly recommend Kuttainen Lodge for a unique and welcoming place to stay. We'd love to visit again!

Good access after regular check-in time, the key-box worked perfectly. There was a sauna. Free parking close to the entrance. Big and clean kichen for common use. Quiet area. The building was not overcrowded.

Shared bathrooms were 2 private stalls, easy and convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Other guests were respectful. Staff was somewhat absent, but very friendly and accommodating. Room had a good view to keep a watch for the lights!

Set by the Pite River, Storstrand Kursgård offers free Wi-Fi access, 2 on-site chapels and accommodation in rooms or cottages. Piteå city centre is a 10-minute drive away. Good lokalization and beautiful area.
