Piteå Vandrarhem is located in the building which was formerly Piteå's first hospital. Located in the beautiful Badhusparken with the peaceful adjacent canal and walking distance to downtown. Appreciate the friendly and thoughtful communication to provide pre departure details for check in. Accommodation/ common area are spotless and comfortable. Great location in the Piteå for travelling in the north Nordic. Room is well decorated and in good size. kitchen is well equipped with free tea and coffee provided.

This hostel is 2 km outside Kalix town centre and only 2 minutes’ drive from the nearest supermarket. Guests can cook and dine in the fully equipped communal kitchen. It s very clean and tidy. The host was super nice. very reactive and helpful. The location is good for joining polar explorer ice breaker. Absolute good value for money.

The host is amazing, very nice and welcoming, willing to entertain you and explain all the details and offers the place has. Huge rooms obtained by converting an old school into an hotel with common kitchen and dining areas. Bathroom are somehow very basic and old fashion, but all the areas are SPOTLESS clean! You can tell the owner really cares about her business and love the place. Wifi works, free open air parking and plenty of silence and calm around to witness northern lights if you are lucky.

You have your own toilet and shower. Best stay i had in 3rd building because of super cool chill zone on 2nd floor - it was awesome with pool table, darts and other games and TV! Kitchen is big and clean - easy to use ect! Free parking around buildings was good.

Good access after regular check-in time, the key-box worked perfectly. There was a sauna. Free parking close to the entrance. Big and clean kichen for common use. Quiet area. The building was not overcrowded.
