Manager Aurora and staff were super friendly and very accommodating. A nice swimming pool and fresh breakfast there every morning ( fresh bread, crossiants, fruits, orange juice, tea ; simple but great quality and personalise on our stay). We got a puncture on out last day and Aurora took us to the repair shop which was super helpful.

Nothing was too much trouble for Danny our smiling host. Modern and character beautifully combine in this property. Everything is as described plus a cool new BBQ area. Immaculately clean, cool and quiet indoors. Generous breakfast was a bonus. We really enjoyed the June blueberry harvest and would not hesitate to return.

The place has less than 20 rooms and the hotel takes only a small part of the old monastery. The monastery was recently recovered and worth a visit - free for hotel guests. The hotel renovation is amazing and everywhere you look you notice the attention to detail by the architect. As a bonus, the monastery as large farm and gardens that are excellent for a walk.

This family was so amazing. The son runs the day to day, the mom cooks the fresh meals (chickens, ducks, guava, fig, lemon, grapes, mango.. it goes on) the dad cleans up and its all right from their farm. We stayed in the two person studio which was very comfortable and had a great shower. It was warm enough to use the pool when we arrived. The entrance to the Quinta had remote gates so felt secure.
