Located next to Chinatown, this hotel is 3 km from San Francisco Art Institute. It boasts a rooftop garden and patio, and offers free WiFi. Loved this hotel - I was pleasantly surprised. It is right next to the road that starts China town and leads to little Italy. Lots to do around the general area. I really liked the eco approach and the water filter machine in the hallway. Theres a rooftop space which I found out about from another review - sadly I had back luck weather wise so didn't use it.

This San Francisco hotel is 15 minutes’ walk to Fisherman's Wharf and the Financial District. Royal Pacific Motor Inn offers tour and shuttle arrangements. Superb Location, Free Parking, Super polite staff. Also Pretty close to Chinatown Subway and few bus stops as well. This is a very comfortable place, Although a little dated but comfy for sure.

The staff have been so helpful since we first booked - we decided to extend. Lots of food options around. Historic buildings. Near several buses. The building is old and has a very cool vibe but the inside of the rooms are redone.
