Staff made us very welcome and feel special despite our dishevelled state, we had cycled there.Received upgrade to a wonderful room music playing as you entered.Books dotted around hotel so you felt you wanted to just relax with a book.Best airconditioning ever it had been a very humid day.Loved breakfast served to us.

The newly designed Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Ter Borch Zwolle is just minutes away from Zwolle railway station. The hotel had a nice lobby, nice restaurant, staff was helpful, short walk into town and next to train station, would have liked if it was on the canal, but just off the main area which turned out to be good and very convenient for my daughter who took the train out from Zwolle. Liked that they had ebikes to rent.
