Westerburen is a family-run guest house with a conservatory and small terrace in Schiermonnikoog village. It is located 4 km from the ferry terminal and offers free Wi-Fi throughout. The stuff is friendly in the Frisian way, it means no yakketi-yack and unnecessary chin music. Beds and furniture are plain and comfortable, explanations will be two syllabic and comprehensible. Bathroom fitment is nothing special but functional. Everything is neat and fresh. The garret rooms ain't hot even though at the time I visited it was quite torrid outside. About the degree of their beds' comfort nothing can I say as I'm extremely unpretentious in this regard. Anything that is not flint hard or jelly soft is comfortable for me. I suppose it's just good if I'm not bleating about it.
